Property Decision Review provides a one-off, pre-commitment decision review service.

Fees are payable in advance of a scheduled session.

If a session is cancelled with reasonable notice prior to commencement, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Once a session has commenced, or where preparation has been undertaken, refunds are not available.

This policy reflects the time and preparation involved in delivering an independent decision review.
